pause and think...about all that has been done so far = not much

Ohhs, after a long long break I'm back in buisness and I dun expect alot of people to come and read the posts after it has been abandoned for so long. Perhaps now it's just like an empty abyss, where there's nobody so I can might as well just say what I want to say and welcome this lovely abyss.

I have been playing pokemon on an ancient gameboy, played lots of squash and tennis, been to overnights, catching up with drama serials and even thinking of pusueing reiki, which I think is almost impossible. Haix, then again it's only dreaming. And I bought some new clothes during the holidays for the first time and then did I find out that I actually am fulfilling my wishlist, perhaps even in tiny doses. Such as changing wardrobe = buying some new clothes, training for cross country = play my favourite racket games, relax and rejuvenate = lolling at home with that ancient gameboy and the drama serials. Oh yea and thank goodness there was choir during those past few weeks or I would have rot and decompose. (probably my brain would become stale from all that inactivity and I would just be reduced to a complete moron) But I promise that it would never happen. I would not be nicholas(nobody would want to be at least)

And half the holiday's gone and I have not done anything very 'constructive' my mum would say. I think I am. It sometimes is not easy to finish reading a book that's like lying next to your ancient gameboy. I shall try not to touch that gameboy, I shall focus on my library books. I should focus on finishing all the undone sec 1 assesment books. Yeah, I probably should and I won't say that it would be easy should I have the heart to advance the period of studying.

Many events did pass since my last blog entry. Great grandma's birthday, that event where the tiny 3 room flat were bursting from relatives. Weekly racket games and swim that leave me sweating worse than a hot dog (pun not intended) Ohhs and also the recent town trip I had with some friends (that would show that I'm not anti-social although I wish I am sometimes.)

I'm wierd and I know it (and at least I know it). Who else would do 10 practices of homework as well as glue my eyes to the 10 screens (TV with different channels, PC with different internet windows and books with different pages, like that's not obvious enough)Yeah and come to think of all the wierd things I could remember so far. I put choir as my first choice CCA. I got into serious disciplinary trouble because of a hot-tempered girl. I managed to pass higher chinese. (and you might think it was easy) I managed to stay awake for the entire night. (but there were serious side effects) And I like to say that it's all these little things that I have that I am jinhu. Just like who you are and all the little things that belong to you. All that little habits. All that little actions. It makes you and it gives you your personality and shows the person you really are. That makes me content.

I really felt a little lyrical when I posted all that. You might not agree with whatever I say but that is me, jinhu.

Overnight-ed...

Yeah, I'm feeling so bushed now. After sleepless nights and endless fun and complaints, I'm tired and I slept. A great big deal. From Saturday to today it was nice. I have to regret to say that I'm extremely crabby without my sleep. so sorry for all the inconvenience. And now it's time for me to blog, blog and blog.

This is an extemely long post.

Saturday

Woke up at 5.30 and reached the ferry terminal before 7. It was weird, seeing famaliar faces in different clothes, all with a bag in hand and with attitudes so fresh. Immigration through singapore customs wasn't long but it was for sebana cove. Went to a meeting room for our briefing and fun and games. It was really fun and there was no choir practice until the afternoon! Apparently, all the meals are buffet-style and the ladies get to eat first, according to the anderson choir tradition. But it's also an advantage not to eat first. I wanna find a seat. The room I shared seemed quite big but it was actually mini compared to the sec 3's rooms which were extremely spacious and far away. It rained on that day and sunday. I so happened got a lift from a kind uncle who was going back to the resort centre. Many people were jealous. (I think they could get a lift themselves if they asked.)
The bbq dinner was delicious but the firefly visit was better. Imagine, speeding off in a 'sampan' in a cold chilly night with wind breezing off your face and a slight drizzle on top of your head. Not to mention a very noisy firdaus who ooh-ed, ahh-ed and kept pushing to my side the whole visit. The fireflies were nice. they were like small flying bulbs which kept blinking and giving off colourful lights. What a wonderful sight. Played bridge and Big 2 till 1 in the morning.

Sunday

The Sec 1s were awake before the sec 2s and me and poh seng had to wait for 30 mins before sebestian and amos woke up. It didn't matter anyway. Breakfast was the best meal during the whole trip I think. There were eggs, susages, juice, milk, cereal, baked beans and even roti prata + many more. Had choir poractice and also the performance in which our 'chicken' group were preparing for. Ended up doing a commercial based on the mumbai chicken house and we had to act like different types if chicken. Yeah, and it will be the last time that I'll ever do a 'sexy chicken'. The very last. And us, the winning group got to eat first. Lunch wasn't as delicious. Didn't sign up for the ostrich farm trip so went to play tennis with amos and zoe. We are all noobs and tennis was fun and TIRING. Ended the whole day with tea break and later playing all sorts of mind games before going through customs. The tables have turned and now the cutoms in singapore is long compared to the one in sebana cove. The ferry trip gave me more headaches than formulas to those mind games. I nearly puked. And also at the fact the sarah was also at the ferry terminal. But it really was no surprise but I wasn't expecting it. ok, she wasn't that bad compared to the start of the year. Still, you don't really know whether lava will soon flow among the tiles in the ferry terminal. Lucky dad was there to fetch me. I'm not sure if I could make it home alive myself.

Monday and Tuesday

Woke up at 10 and found out that I had 11 hours of sleep which I thought could last me for the chalet.(but I was wrong) Met all the other 1/2 people at the chalet and I was shocked. Not by the people but by the space. There was only one chalet room and it only had four bed and is small. Yeah, I'm complaining and it's really true. But I must confess, it's really fun, fun, fun! Played Big 2 and bridge with many other people. Dinner was early, I suppose, with the people preparing the bbq pit at 4. Dinner was delicious. If not, then at least the chicken wings were! (kudos to those who did it!) Played frisbee the later retire intonthe chalet when it was really dark and when some others decide to have a night walk around pasir ris park. For those who stayed, they gambled and lost to wen jie. Later, when they all came back, there was an even bigger cicle of 'blackjackers' and silver coins all over the bed. The Lost and The Won. Some people like ryan confessed that they lost alot. Then, when it seemed too crowded, people left the chalet room and begin other activities. Some played with candles and flames, some continued to gamble while some sang the night away. like what I did. Everyone began to drowse at 4 when sunrise were just a few hours away. Some slept while some strolled around pasir ris park to kill time. I killed time. I also tried sleeping at a bench in pasir ris park and it was actually comfortable. (beggars do lead nice lives) But I can't sleep as caffeine has its strong effects and later have no interest in watching any sunsets or toying around with a stay cat with jerome and zhi hao. I suddenly wanted to just go back and sleep, which I did with jerome, alicia, zhi hao and the rest cos I'm too lazy to type it out. Met janelle and co. while walking back. They were also trying to watch the sunrise after their short naps of an hour. I wanted to sleep. But I can't. And I stayed up and disturbed some people till dawn and did not catch any snrise or whatsoever. Even coffee can lose its effect. And I felt like a living zombie while eating frosties with milk. It was sweet but I wasn't going to puke and I really need to feed my growling stomach. Stayed in the chalet to play even more card games and lose even more money. Played and bullied the drama boys in Big 2 and I think they were trying to pull me off with their acting. Lunched at BK with people whose names I actually forgot. Then halfway eating, I was struck by some energy-draining force which nearly knocked me out. The people said I look sian. But I'm really just wanting sleep. And I slept. for 1.5 hours before waking up and packing my bag before going home as I can't cope with another night. I'm really gonna become a real life aunty zombie with the crabbiest attitude that you have ever seen. I'm not gonna let anyone see me like that. I'm not gonna be like that. Went home with winnie and slept a good 4 hours from 5.30 before waking up and having dinner.

Today

To make up for disappointment, I went alicia's house again to knock out the PS2 (jkjk!) But before that, I went to search for my long lost gameboy and played with a 20 year-old cartrige until lunch. Went to alicia's house after lunch. There was loads of crap and fun there. Winnie had to go home early due to strained communications with parents and I played blasterballs (it's seriously lame)until I have to leave for dinner.

Hope all people who stayed overnight have a great, long refreshing sleep. Cos I know you'll really appreciate the energy and attitude that you'll get back. Until then,

HAPPY SLEEPING!

I play maple.

Does that tityle sounds shocking? Hope it is since I've been playing maple for the past few days till past midnight. Ok, that's shocking but that is really what I did and it cost me much sleep. I went for a sleepover at my uncle's house where we played maple for 15 hours per day. I sound insane. Yeah, but I really have nothing else to blog about. Yeah...and can anyone tell me what type of 2nd job for mage I should take? Yeah, I've a lv 29 mage and I still can't decide.

This is probably the shortest and only post I'll ever talk about maple. ever.
